Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS)
Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) is a simple highly multiplexed system for constructing reduced representation libraries, it generates large numbers of SNPs for use in genetic analyses and genotyping. GBS is now feasible for high diversity, large genome species and detection of high resolution SNP marker is challenging. Agiomix offers bioinformatics service for the analysis of GBS data to identify genomic diversity, molecular markers, genomic selection and genetic linkage.

Viral Sequencing
The discovery of SNPs and Indels are important in order to understand the population structure of virus, which is challenging for addressing important biological questions including typing, transmission and epidemiology of pathogens and associated disease. Agiomix offers bioinformatics service for the analysis of viral sequencing data to discover the SNPs, Indels and typing.
