16S Metagenomics

Agiomix offers 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequencing to identify and compare bacteria present within a given environmental or clinical sample. This NGS based method enables study of phylogeny and taxonomy of samples from complex microbiomes that may be difficult or impossible to study using conventional methods. 16S metagenomics enables analysis of the entire microbial community within a sample.
