How BRCA Screening works?
Agiomix uses clinically validated kits for Germline analysis (SNPs, INDELs, CNV) of DNA extracted from blood Agiomix BRCA Panel uses specific bidirectional amplicon libraries for Next Generation Sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq System: Panel size: 26 kb Coverage: Full exons plus 20bp padding region.
What information is provided in the Report?
Agiomix provides a comprehensive clinical report reviewed by our Medical Board of Consultants and Genetic Counsellors for the BRCA panel. Additional pre and post-test is also available to ensure the complete understanding of the results.
